Emilie LEJOUR
Emilie is laboratory manager and oenologist, and is in charge of tracking the quality of the wine.
With a two-year degree in Viticulture and Oenology and a three-year degree in Vine and Wine Sciences, Emilie joined Wolfberger in 2009 after having participated in the grape harvests of 2005, 2006 and 2007.

As laboratory manager and oenologist, she is in charge of tracking the quality of the wine by analyses and tastings, from the delivery of the grapes at the winery to the final bottling. More specifically, she is in charge of vinification at the Eguisheim site, exploring ways to get the best from the grapes and the Wolfberger terroirs.
